Ashley is very helpful and would randomly pop by my inbox to check on my doggie.
Tho she take some time to reply but will eventually reply.
She try to accommodate when we had issues with payment.
Overall experience with pretty paw and Ashley is a 10/10.
Would strongly recommend when you are looking for a new fur family member especially if you are new to this:))
