It's been 1.5 months since we got our Japanese Spitz puppy and she has been an absolute joy. Much thanks to Yvonne for answering all our questions and being so helpful in sharing information on caring for our little pup. She had a clean bill of health and came home healthy, energetic and quite well adjusted. After purchasing this little one, we still keep in touch with Yvonne and are grateful for the after sales support indeed. :)Posted on Google![]()

Amazing experience with Pretty Pets Kennel!! Special shoutout to Branden who took the effort and patience to explain to us about the cavapoo. Really love at first sight. Initially wanted to have a second thought but with the professional explanation. It left us with only 1 choice. Guess what? We got a new family member now…☺️🎊🎉Posted on Google![]()

I got my family’s dream dog, a Papillion-Japanese spitz mix at Pretty Pet’s Kennel! I’m very grateful to Yvonne who introduced me to the designer mix dog. According to Google, it has better tolerance with Singapore’s humid heat vs Pomsky (or pure Japanese spitz). Pretty Pets Kennel designer mixes can be rare and have high visibility, so it’s important to secure them quickly if you really desire them. I’m lucky Yvonne kept me up to date on the sale this litter. ❤️ After I brought him back, Yvonne checked in daily for about 3 days to make sure the puppy was settling well and I was doing all the right things. I’m lucky that he is about 50% toilet trained from the moment I brought him in. Perhaps it’s also part of Pretty Pets structure that he is partly toilet trained. They also ethically check on some viruses before they release the pup.Posted on Google![]()

We’ve had such a lovely experience with them, from the very first time we met Yvonne to even after Pebbles came home. We actually chanced upon this place quite randomly and very much on a whim. Our boy had very recently left us, and at the time we were simply looking around — not even specifically for another puppy. Yvonne was extremely warm and took the time to get to know us. When she found out that we had previously had a Japanese Spitz, she asked if we would like to have a look at the puppies. I don’t think we need to say much more after that. ❤️ Our puppy girl came home with us the following week. What really impressed us was seeing how well the furkids/babies were cared for. We know that, unfortunately, the conditions in these situations are not always ideal, so it was reassuring to see the care and attention given to the puppies. We were even able to interact with our puppy’s birth parents, which was something really special for us. The aftercare has been just as lovely. Yvonne continues to check in with us and follows up to make sure everything is alright, and she has always been there when we have questions or concerns. We really appreciate that the care didn’t simply stop once our puppy went home. There is probably never a “right” time to welcome another furkid after losing one. We certainly weren’t looking to replace our boy, and we know our hearts weren’t really prepared for another puppy so soon. But we are incredibly grateful for that one simple question that led us to meet our little puppy girl. Thank you, Yvonne, for bringing our little puppy girl into our lives. ❤️🐾Posted on Google![]()

Jared has been extremely helpful and caring from the very beginning when we welcomed our Pomeranian, Kai, into our family. Although I have had dogs before, having a puppy is a new experience for our children, and there were many things for us to learn and adjust to together. Jared really went above and beyond. He even created a group chat to keep in touch with us, follow up on Kai’s daily progress, and make sure we were doing well and taking good care of him. Whenever we had questions or were unsure about something, he was always patient, responsive and ready to guide us. What we appreciate most is that his care didn’t stop after we brought Kai home. You can really feel that he genuinely cares about the puppies and wants them to settle happily into their new families. Thank you, Jared, for all your help, patience and care. You made welcoming Kai into our family such a smooth and reassuring experience. 🩵🐶 Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Verified by TrustindexTrustindex verified badge is the Universal Symbol of Trust. The French Pugbull is a lovely crossbreed that brings together a Pug with a French Bulldog, and if you’re looking for a devoted family companion, this might just be the perfect match for you.
You’ll find this delightful breed combines the Pug’s cheerful, sociable character with the traits of the French Bulldog, creating a dog who genuinely adores being part of your family’s daily routine.
These affectionate pups have wonderfully playful temperaments and they’re honestly happiest when they’re right in the thick of family life, enjoying every bit of attention you can give them.

The French Pugbull is quite a recent hybrid breed that you might not have heard of yet.
This lovely crossbreed combines two rather special lineages: the Pug, which has its origins in ancient China where these little companions were treasured by royalty, and the French Bulldog, a breed developed in France known for its affectionate nature.
The intent behind this particular cross was to purposefully combine the Pug’s wonderfully affectionate, people-loving nature with the French Bulldog’s playful energy, sturdy charm, and desirable physical traits such as expressive wrinkles and unique facial features.
As time’s gone on, the French Pugbull has become increasingly popular amongst families who’re looking for a playful, devoted companion that absolutely thrives on human connection.
You’ll probably recognise that Pugs have enjoyed quite a spotlight in popular culture for years now, celebrated for their incredibly expressive faces and endearing personalities – they’ve appeared in films, artwork, and all over social media, which has certainly helped boost the appeal of Pug crosses like the French Pugbull.
The French Pugbull is a medium-sized dog with a compact, muscular body and a square-shaped build. Typically, they weigh between 20 to 45 pounds and stand about 12 to 16 inches tall at the shoulder.
Their head is short-muzzled and blunt, reflecting the brachycephalic features inherited from the Pug parent. The muzzle is short, contributing to their signature flat-faced look, while prominent facial wrinkles add to their distinctive appearance.
The tail is usually curled, a characteristic trait seen in Pugs. Their ears are typically the distinctive ‘bat ears’ of the French Bulldog or sometimes ‘button’ or ‘rose’ shaped like the Pug, folding neatly against the side of the head. The eyes are large and expressive, but owners should be aware of potential health concerns such as dry eyes or corneal injuries due to their prominent placement.
Coat colours are varied, with fawn, black, and white being common options, sometimes appearing in striking patterns. The legs are typically straight, giving the breed a balanced and sturdy stance.
When you’re considering Pug mixes, such as the French Pugbull, you’ll find they’re absolutely wonderful for their charming blend of physical and personality traits.
Their coat is usually short and wonderfully easy to care for, coming in a variety of attractive colours like fawn, black, and white. This mix often showcases a petite body with such a playful expression, making them both eye-catching and easy to maintain.
Whether you’re drawn to their unique appearance or their affectionate temperament, the French Pugbull’s combination of characteristics really does make them a standout amongst Pug mixes.

The Pug Bulldog mix is known for its affectionate and playful temperament. These dogs are generally friendly, loyal, and eager to please, making them great companions for families and singles alike.
They are also sensitive to their owners’ moods and emotions, often intuitively responding to affection and seeking to comfort their family members. They thrive in households where they receive plenty of attention and regular exercise.
The French Pugabull is typically well-suited for homes with children due to its gentle and tolerant nature. They can adapt to both apartment living and larger homes, as long as their exercise needs are met.
When it comes to compatibility with other pets, the Pug Bulldog mix usually gets along well with other dogs and can coexist peacefully with cats if properly socialised from a young age.
In households with multiple animals, early socialisation is important to ensure positive interactions and minimise territorial behaviour.
This breed tends to form strong bonds with both humans and other animals, making it a good choice for families looking to add a sociable and adaptable pet to their home.
The typical lifespan of a Pug Bulldog mix is around 10 to 13 years. This is similar to the average life expectancy of other small to medium-sized companion breeds.
Factors that influence the lifespan of a Pug Bulldog mix include genetics, diet, exercise, and regular preventive care. Routine vet checks are highly recommended to monitor for common health concerns and help extend your dog’s life.
Breeders should provide documentation of veterinary respiratory examinations performed on the puppy and its parents.
Diagnostic tests may include airway endoscopy, X-rays, or CT scans to evaluate the severity of brachycephalic airway syndrome and guide appropriate care.
For mild cases of airway obstruction, management strategies include maintaining a healthy weight, avoiding overheating, limiting strenuous exercise, and providing a calm environment.
In some cases, surgical procedures such as soft palate resection or nostril widening may be recommended by a veterinarian to improve breathing.
The breed inherits the brachycephalic traits of both parent breeds, characterised by shorter muzzles and flat faces.
This condition can lead to breathing difficulties, noisy respiration, snoring, and reduced tolerance for exercise or heat.
Owners should acknowledge these risks and be vigilant, especially during hot or humid weather, as these dogs may be prone to respiratory distress.
Besides breathing problems, Pug Bulldog mixes can be prone to several inherited health issues.
These include hip dysplasia, obesity, skin fold infections due to their characteristic wrinkles, eye conditions like dry eye or corneal ulcers, and joint problems.
Regular veterinary reviews and preventive care are essential to monitor and manage these conditions effectively.
Before acquiring a Pug Bulldog mix puppy, it is crucial to explore the health background of the pup and its parents.
Responsible breeders should provide comprehensive health screening reports, including respiratory assessments and genetic testing for common inherited diseases.
Requesting this information helps ensure you are making an informed decision and reduces the risk of future health complications.

Because Pug Bulldog mixes are prone to weight gain, calorie control is vital to prevent obesity. Monitoring food intake and avoiding overfeeding are key to maintaining a healthy weight.
Feeding a high-quality diet rich in protein and low in fillers and carbohydrates supports muscle development and overall health.
Choosing natural kibble or canned food with minimal additives helps ensure your dog receives balanced nutrition.
Due to their brachycephalic facial structure, Pug Bulldog mixes may experience difficulty eating comfortably.
Using elevated feeding bowls or slow feeder dishes can reduce choking risks and improve their eating experience.
Regularly tracking your puppy’s weight and growth is important to ensure healthy development without excessive weight gain.
Consult with your veterinarian to establish appropriate feeding schedules and portion sizes tailored to your puppy’s needs.
For the Pug Bulldog mix, a weekly grooming routine is usually sufficient. Brush their short coat once or twice a week to remove loose hair and keep their skin healthy. During shedding seasons, increase brushing frequency to manage extra fur.
Bathe your Pug Bulldog mix every 4–6 weeks, or as needed, using a gentle dog shampoo to avoid skin irritation.
When it comes to exercise, the Pug Bulldog mix falls in the middle of the activity spectrum compared to its parent breeds.
This means they have moderate exercise needs. Aim for daily low-impact exercise routines, such as short walks and gentle play sessions, to keep them fit without overexertion.
Early socialisation is crucial.
We recommend starting with a structured plan that introduces your puppy to various people, environments, and other dogs from a young age. This helps prevent behavioural issues and encourages confidence.
Use positive-reinforcement training methods to help your French Pugbull learn commands and proper behaviour. Reward-based training makes it easier for your dog to learn and retain good habits, while also strengthening your bond.
Gradually expose your pug bulldog mix to strangers and other dogs in controlled settings.
This approach supports healthy social development and reduces the risk of fear-based reactions later in life.
In summary, the French Pugabull truly is a loving, loyal breed that’ll bring tremendous joy and companionship to your family.
With their wonderfully playful temperament and naturally affectionate nature, these dogs quickly become cherished members of your household, and we can assure you they’ll steal your heart completely.
By understanding their unique characteristics and being particularly attentive to their specific needs—especially regarding their breathing, proper weight management, and regular health checks—you can help your Pugbull flourish and enjoy a long, fulfilling life.
Whether you’re an experienced dog owner or you’re welcoming your first pet, the Pugabull’s endearing personality and unwavering devotion make them a wonderful choice for anyone genuinely seeking a devoted, playful companion.
With the right care, attention, and long-term commitment, your Pugbull will reward you with many years of love, laughter, and the most loyal friendship you could imagine.
